Located in the middle of a working fruit farm, in Mereworth, Kent, The Fruit Rooms is a welcoming space available for your conference, business meeting or event.

With a boardroom that seats 14, a conference space for 75+ , Projectors, HD screens (and access to award winning strawberries), consider The Fruit Rooms for your event.

The Conference Space

This light and spacious room can seat up to 75 people. There are movable chairs and tables that can be arranged in whatever format suits your event best. If you are interested in catering, please let us know well in advance.

Facilities include a Projector, HD screen with HDMI, WIFI, Ethernet connection.

£250 - A full day

£125 - Half a day

£50 - A couple of hours

The Champion Room

Named after Bernard Champion, who farmed here from the 1890s, the boardroom overlooks the strawberry fields. The room  can comfortably seat 14. If you are interested in catering, please let us know well in advance.

There is a large HD screen with HDMI ports, WIFI, Ethernet connection, Whiteboards, Coffee and Tea making facilities.

£120 - A full day

£60 - Half a day

£30 - A couple of hours

 

The Fruit Rooms are situated above the Packhouse at Hugh Lowe Farms. A 5mins taxi from West Malling Station, only 40mins from London Victoria and 10mins drive from the M26.

The is plenty of parking space available right next to The Fruit Rooms.
